An extensive twelve month restoration project of the Combing Shed, Rope Race & Boiler House in 2001 part funded by English Heritage including:

• Roof light repairs & replacement
• Reslating of all roofs
• All new lime plaster & limewashes
• Replacement of synthetic paints with limewash
• Majority of structures sympathetically repaired rather than replaced
